Clayton Rogers

Clayton Rogers is a CPA in our Governmental Audit Division and has been with the firm since 2016. He has focused exclusively on providing audit and advisory services to various governmental entities. Clayton has extensive experience with audits performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, OMB Uniform Guidance, and the State of Texas’ Uniform Grant Management Standards, as well as experience with agreed-upon procedures and SOC engagements. He is also a member of the Government Finance Officers Association Special Review Committee and has experience preparing and reviewing Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports that earn the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
